Sebastian Family Psychology Practice, LLC operates with sensitivity to the consumer's ambivalences with regards to psychotropic medications. Due diligence is made to solicit and answer the consumer's beliefs, fears, and uncertainty about medications. When appropriate, alternatives to medications are also discussed, especially as we serve diverse clients.
Psychiatric Evaluations
Psychiatric evaluations are conducted to obtain a client's history, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, and medication recommendations. Psychiatric evaluations are performed by a licensed Psychiatrist, (M.D.).
Psychiatric Reviews/Medication Management
Psychiatric Reviews/Medication Management are follow-up appointments for medication monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment. Review/medication checks are performed by a licensed Psychiatrist (M.D.).
